Suggestion for the Department Head assignments
 

With the latest changes to the DH section allowing them to give assignments, you cannot open a mail, exchange, or replicator window as it seems to open a hidden window of the same type.

Why not change those buttons to being tabs down the side allowing access to the assignments without opening that hidden window.
