Turn Over Contraband: Is it Gone?
 

As the title says I haven't be able to find it in the Sirius, Regulas, and Sol system areas for a couple of weeks now and I'm wondering if it's been taken out of the game or I'm just having bad luck finding it.

Go to the centre of the Sol starbase - or equivilent if KDF - , in the middle is a cat person who will take them every 2 hours or so
