still can't get in game
 

what is going on with my account I have done nothing wrong why when I chnge password several times
so don not close or move this I want an answer I have been a member for 500 days this is how you treat long term players?
do not close this thread community team
I want this behind the scence stuff to end
I want to know the real reason I can't get in


when I update my password should be enough not change and then still can't get in so WTF is going on

That may be the problem right there. I know it sounds silly but you may have overlapping password change requests and the system is sitting on one while you're trying to work with another.

Best thing to do is sit there and not do anything for an hour or so, and then do a single password change request.
