Excelsior Build.
 

Has anyone come up with a decent Excelsior build for PvP and PvE for a Tactical Captain? I'm tempted to take mine out of mothballs. :cool:

I've been using mine as a fat escort in PUGs for Elite STFs since no one heals my poor escorts. Works fairly well.

Full MACO set.
3 single canons fore (AP), 1 Quantum
4 turrets aft (AP)
3 AP relays
2 EPS flow regulators, 2 Neutroniums
2 Field Generators

1 Comm. Eng. Aceton III, EWP I, EPS 2 ,EPS 1
1 Lt. Comm. Tac. CRF 2, CRF 1, THY 1
1 LT. Sci. PH 1, PH 2
1 LT. Eng. DEM 1, ET 1
1 Ens. Eng. ET 1

That looks like it might be fun, I may try this build.
