First of all, the process to transfer zen to c-store points is very cumbersome! Plus, on the C-Store you could buy 2,000 C store points for $25. You don't have the option to buy $25 worth of zen from Perfect world, and we loose points in the exchange rate.

I hate the system and it makes me less likely to want to use the store...

You don't lose c-store points in the exchange. You gain as many c-store points as you normally would for that amount

100 Zen = 80 c-store points that's how it's always been. That said though it's soon being changed over to Zen anyways so it should become much easier :smile:
