How do I respond to tickets?
I had a response to my ticket that I think was in error but there is no response button, do I edit my current ticket or start a new one?
(btw I heard a lot of people complain about tech support wait times however I got mine with in 2 days, good job Cryptic, thank you. )
Since I've never seen a response to any of my tickets, can you tell me what a response looks like?
Does it come in your in-game e-mail? Do you get an update within the bug reporting UI? Zone-chat? Fly-by message? Elsewhere?
