We will be bringing down Star Trek Online tonight at midnight PDT (click here to view in your timezone) for maintenance and to apply a new patch. Patch notes can be found here, and we expect this maintenance to only last for 2 hours.

You will not be getting any patience and understanding from me since this patch will render cruisers completely useless in everything. I'm an escort captain and even I find this insulting.

Cant say i saw much in the notes about cruisers..

If anything this should buff cruisers, as alot of shared cooldowns have been removed or reduced

Well... crap, I can't use ES, RSP, and EPtS all at once?! Now that's a terrible nerf. :(

What do I do with my LtC Eng slots? DEM? EWP?

I like how this nerf basically killed the dragon flagship build for good. Time to get EPtE2. At the very least I can still ES in between RSPs...
