Is fly over dialog possible in the Foundry?

In several of the FTE's and actual missions, when information is to be relayed to the player a little dialog window with the NPC's picture will fly onto the screen and then fly off. There are no buttons on these dialoges, but they allow the NPC to communicate to the player without them having to press any buttons. I am wondering if this is possible in the Foundry? I have searched and searched these forums but could not find this question anywhere.

Thanks !!

It is not something available to us at this time. Would be nice to have though, especially if it does not break cloak.

I did see a Foundry mission (I forget the title) that somehow managed to throw text into the notifications area on the HUD... It was just text, not a dialog box with a response button. I've always wondered how that was done.

The only thing I remember about it was the player was conversing with a holographic gorn.

It happens with a reach objective. It only shows text though.

When you add a reach objective you put the objective name and reached text. The reached text is what flies by.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks!
