Fleet tutorial?
 

Is there a tutorial for fleet operation? I have a fleet of just my alts, its a level 2 fleet, and I have a level 2 star base. How do I raise the fleet level? Is there a fleet guide? Thanks in advance.

You raise the fleet level by constructing facilities like shipyards, replicators and the transwarp gate.

For a tutorial I would look at STOwiki.org which by now should have a list of starbase progression guides up to Tier 4.
