Can't claim Fireworks emote in First city
 

As lifetimer, I could clam the fireworks item in first city. I have 2 klingon toons. None is able to claim it. the console on the wall nearby Commander Ragen is not bright.
It's probleme only KDF side because my 2 fed toons can claim the fireworks emote on the esd.
I made 2 tickets. But as it said. No answer...

Because GM and support laugh at me. They ask me sending screenshot and it's not possible to send anything to them.

This such console doesn't work for me.
I'm lifetimer. I spend much money with key. And those such people from support are laughing at me.

Yesterday, I got an answer from support. They said it's a bug. That's it.
As we know Cryptic doesn't fix any bugs except lockbox. It sounds as lifetimer (who bought much items in zen-store) there is no fireworks emote for me. Thank you very much Cryptic. I owe you to mean I shouldn't buy anything from you.
