Here is my review.
Story: I liked it. Lots of references to Enterprise, and more than a couple from Voyager and TNG. I also really liked how the story is told from a Klingon perspective rather than a Fed one.
Gameplay: Pretty decent. A few too many Commander mobs, but nothing I couldn't handle. Reskinning the Klingon frigates to make the Na'kuhl ships look stronger was a clever trick. My captain's dialogue was a bit forced, though. I didn't have a ton of room to make my own decisions.
Art: Very good. The space maps looked amazing, especially the one with the huge anti-time anomaly in the background. The Na'kuhl ship interior was nothing special, though I know it's hard to customize them. I liked the sensor lights in the corridor. The Suliban and Sphere Builder looked a bit odd, but that's mostly due to Foundry limitations. The Na'kuhl looked great.
Bugs/glitches/typos: A few typos. One dialogue was apparently supposed to be my bridge officer, but still had picture of the scientist displayed. Nothing serious overall.
Final rating: 4 stars.
Suggestions:
- Fix bugs/typos listed above.
- Perhaps label the Suliban and Na'kuhl NPC as "Suliban Ensign, Suliban Lieutenant", etc so players will know instantly which ones are more powerful
- Maybe for the Suliban forces, use re-skinned Jem'Hadar instead of re-skinned Romulans. This way, they will 1) not use Thalaron mines, and 2) have a shroud/chameleon ability like the ones in Enterprise.
