Name and registry on Ship Costumes are messed up

On Federation ship costumes, both the name and registry now consist entirely of the number "98709870987098". Not a huge deal, but it is kind of annoying.

That old bug is back...?

Funny... Seems like they put in buggy code just to make it seem as if they fix stuff, to remove focus on the bad bugs.
