Aux2Batt is not working properly
 

The new 10s shared cooldown works, but the overall CD is still at 40s. Shouldn't it be 20s?

Also, chaining 2 Aux2Batts causes the 2nd one to peg the effects to the reduced level of Aux, meaning that my 2nd skill gives next to no bonus, while my Aux power is drained completely. This breaks the laws of physics; just where did all that energy go?!

I seriously hope all this isn't "Working As Intended". :eek:
