Working D'kry Build
I'm currently assembling a D'kyr build for my Vulcan Science Officer and have come up with what I believe will be an effective generalized PvE set-up. I'm not a PvP player so that's a non-factor at the moment. Comments/critiques are more than welcome.

I use a similar setup for my D'kyr, except I drop the Photon Torpedoes and Nadeon Detonator console for two Acc x2 Plasma Torpedoes from mission replay and the Reman Set.

It works OK for PvE but I haven't tried mine with PvP either.
