What is going on with the STO Server?

Was at the end of ISE, barely got back after the first disconnect. Then a minute later, another boot, log back and then get booted, then again for the fourth and fifth time.

So what is going on?

Don't know. I was having similar troubles earlier. A bunch of Server Not Responding timers.

They are uploading Season 7, quickly convert your proto into Dilithium before they close it down for "maintenance".

janitor hit the server again i guess....*sigh*

To be serious...i have not had problems with the server

Well was thinking more like they replaced their hamsters with gerbils. :P

But lots of instability lately, not sure if this has to do with the East Coast problems or their server is getting old.

Reroute emergency power to the gerbil!

I have been having the same problem with "disconnected from server" messages for 2 or 3 weeks now, so it's not just because of recent storm activity. I sent a ticket to Tech Support, so hopefully I'll hear something back. I noticed that when I get disconnected, my broadband modem also briefly goes offline and reboots itself. This is only happening with the game, so something is wrong on THAT end.

I've been experiencing non-stop lagging and rubberbanding for 3 days straight. Is there any word at all from Cryptic about what is going on and when this will be fixed?

If you're looking for a response from Cryptic/PWE, you're looking in the wrong forum for it...
