Weapons test: Holodeck vs. Tribble
 
On holodeck (season 6)

four mkXI rare tac disrutor console

mkXII fleet DHC - 1894.5 disruptor damage (1263 DPS)
mkXII DBB - 1360.6 disruptor damage (1088.4 DPS)
MK XII poalized disruptor turret - 468.3 disruptor damage (624.3 DPS)

On Tribble (season 7)

Same weapons but with four mkXII very rare consoles

mkXII fleet DHC - 1291 disruptor damage (860.6 DPS)
mkXII DBB - 928.3 disruptor damage (742.7 DPS)
MK XII poalized disruptor turret - 319.6 disruptor damage (426.1 DPS)

Both of these tests were conducted in the space outside of DS9.

In sector space outside of DPS...these are the base numbers for dbb on tribble.

mkXII DBB - 680.2 disruptor damage (544.1 DPS)

Just using one console...a 30% weapons bonus should be 884.26 disruptor damage (707.3 DPS)

Hidden nerf, bug, or intentional?

not enough Data to find out whats wrong

how you were testing it ...?

they should give us a testing mission were we can test weapons vs moving and not moving targets for the flying they should use always the same flypath ...!!!

should not take much time to make such a mission and will help all players to find best weapons for there ships !


should i try other cannons or are DHC the best choise ? ... and more questions !

I think it is expected that at one point they will nerf the damage for fleet DHC..people grind to get the wepoans and after a loong time trying to get them cryptic nerfs them just to bring something new and make people grind again. :rolleyes:

I was sitting above ds9 (not sector space) and dragging the mouse over the weapons in the command bar.

I checked with my setup (antiproton Borg dual beam bank, DHCs, and turrets) and got identical numbers on both sides, but with the same consoles.

If there is an issue, it could possibly be with those purple consoles on tribble.

Idenical ships, weapon power settings, accolades, and/or did you have any assignment buffs from completed doff assignments on HD?

Disregard...new ship meant different power levels. Once adjusted everything was fine.
