New Object Placement Option: Tilt

A new option for placement of objects in Foundry missions. This would add a new axis to objects that would allow authors to tilt objects into unusual angles such as for making an upside-down room or covering a body in debris.

It is more than possible, otherwise the current look of Vulcan space in-game would be impossible, due to the tilted space station in orbit of the planet.

I just made a space map that includes a couple of derelict ships. I was hoping to have them drifting at various angles, but they're stuck as if they're on a table.

Using animations helps, such as in the first mission in a Fed series I'm making, but it still is FAR from good enough in a lot of situations.

Yeah it'd really help if we could rotate things on some angle other than the y axis.

I ended up just throwing in a bunch more debris fields around the wrecks, so they're not so glaringly obvious against the space background.
