Commander Viala Dialogue UI, NPC Background Missing
 

In the dialogue UI that comes up when talking to Commander Viala on Starfleet Academy map, the background of Commander Viala is missing. Instead, all I see is a stark white background. Changing instances shows the same effect. Checking 3 other NPC's on Starfleet Academy map displays normal backgrounds within their dialogue UI's.
