Dilithium Refining Failed
 

^^ This is what I get when trying to refine my daily amount of dilithium.

I have over 60k of the stuff and can't refine my daily 8k allowance.

When I hover over the "Refine" button it says I've refined 0 out of 8000 for the day so my limit isn't the problem. I'm not really that dumb anyway, I've been playing long enough now not to be caught out on that kind of human error! lol

Anyways... anyone getting this tonight? Is it a new bug? Is it just me? Where to go from here?
