Where's my ZEN? - I know this has been asked before
 

Ok, so just wondering where my stipend Zen is? Are we supposed to still be getting this? I'm a lifer, and I'm supposed to get 400/month, right? I have NEVER received any.

Before I submit a ticket to PWE I was wondering if we were still supposed to get them or not. In case I don't have to submit a ticket.

If I recall correctly, you get your stipend on the day of the month that you started your subscription, ex: every 12th, etc.

I got my stipend just a few days after subscribing (via the Collector's Edition), so I think it's based on your join date not your subscribe date (which, naturally, used to be the same but has shifted with to going F2P).

Ok so I need to contact them because I haven't received any at all yet.

Got mine the other day so did my Wife. BTW it's 500 Zen :) Was 400 Cryptic Points. Make sure your subscription is active in the My Account Tab and check your join date.
