You have the wrong email address on my account
The email address you have on my account is wrong. I have tried changing it but you still send the verifications to the wrong one. Please I am trying to upgrade to a lifetime subscription but I cannot if you keep sending the verifications to the wrong email address.
It's a security measure. I'd try sending an email to customer service directly and see if they are able to assist you.
