Game incorrectly awarding Lower class boff than indicated
 

I just finished 2 doff mission in which I was awarded two Very Rare Boffs. However when I completed the mission, I got Blue Rare, and not the indicated Very rare doffs. Given the fact that folks are having an issue with Station personnell officer missions for the fleet star base, I wonder if, they are related. Ticket submitted into the black hole of doom for what it is worth.
