Problem with Mail Send button

This may sound ridiculous. I can no longer send mails to the entire "Fleet". No matter what I do, the "Send" button is greyed out. But I can still send mails to specific players. This happened after the last 600MB update. Or is it because I just got promoted to Fleet admiral? I don't have a clue.
