The Holographic cruiser displayed on K-7 - What is it?

Figured this would probably be the best place to ask. On Deep Space K-7, and a few other places, there's a holographic display of a Federation Cruiser. I don't recognise it as any of the in-game classes (At least, I'm pretty sure it's not one), and I don't know it's shape. Does anyone know what class it is?

Edit: I think I've found it - looks a lot like the Tahoe-class: http://www.suricatafx.com/?p=133 (2nd image)

Yes, I remember this question being asked in 2010, too. I can't recall what came of it, though.

IIRC, this is the model of an Assault Cruiser that didn't make it into the game. So far, I didn't care for it that much and thought it was the Majestic-class. However, the holo model looks neat.

Looks in ways like the Typhoon class, Envoy class and Imperial class. I assume it is just a concept design that never made it in-game.

Pity, I actually kinda like its looks. If it is a design concept, that makes sense, you can see similar lines in other ships - the Rademaker and Cochrane classes have similarly notched saucers.
