Just realised it's possible to get a frigging PILE of procs for all weapons now.
 

1. Get a full rack of polarised disruptor DHCs and turrets.
2. Get a plasma proc console from the embassy.
3. Get the omega graviton amplifier.

You now have each weapon with four procs on it, two of which ignore shields and burn hull. The other two drain energy and reduce hull damage resistance. Oh crap.

Take away the omega amp(it sucks) and add in the subnuke doff the perception doff and you have a very large list of procs. Now sci cap's can do there job and proc and debuff

even though the stupid plasma infuser consoles are obviously bugged, I think the only thing I could possibly add to this list is tetryon glider. I think...

I use the polarized disruptors and the 2-part of Omega Force set to get the Tetyron proc

Maybe it's time for a defensive console that reduces the chance of a proc applying to you.

And in the entertainer doff an the subnuke doff and the placate proc from romulan rep. If you have it the omega rep kinetic proc and the omega set proc is called tet glider so put all that on a ship and you can run 11 procs my ship is running 10 right now
