Temporal Inversion (TWar set3 power) Love it? Hate it?
 

I love it- especially for area control in STFs, but it's also nice in PVP furballs. While I don't have any timeships to gain the speed/recharge boost off of it, I still find it's a very solid AoE effect that's very useful- and worth the investment in getting it.
