PvP Boot Camp: MANDATORY Pre-Event Coaches Meeting, Dec 22nd (EDT, CET, and EST)
 

Coaches:

Our first event is quickly approaching, and in order to put the final touches on our preparation, we will hold one last Team Speak meeting on Saturday, December 22nd. As in the past, Eryon?s TS will be used. Please contact me if you do not have this information (sargon.priorityone@gmail.com). At this meeting, you will receive your list of students among other things.

In order to make this meeting convenient for all of you, I will be hosting 3 meetings on Saturday, December 22nd?one for the US, one for Europe, and one for our Australian contingent. Of course, you are welcome to attend all three if you like.

Here are the times, all of which are given in ?military time,? (i.e., the 24-hour clock):

Australian Meeting: 19:00 EDT (i.e., Sydney Time) = 3:00 EST, 9:00 CET
Europe Meeting: 19:00 CET = 13:00 EST, 5:00 EDT (n.b. This is Sunday the 23rd on Sydney time!)
US Meeting: 1900 EST = 1:00 CET (n.b. This is Sunday the 23rd CET time!), 11:00 EDT (n.b. This is Sunday the 23rd on Sydney time!)

I have triple checked these time zone conversions, so they should be correct. But if you see a problem with them, do not hesitate to correct me.

I cannot stress enough how important it is for all coaches to be present at this meeting, unless of course you are not able to participate in the first Boot Camp event on Dec 29th. If you are planning to coach on that day, however, you either need to make one of the meetings or else provide a compelling reason for not being able to show up?and such reasons do exist of course.

When you respond to this message, I need you to include x2 pieces of information:

1. Tell me which of the meetings you will plan to attend.
2. Tell me whether you will be able to coach on the 29th of December. Remember that we have x2 sessions, 20:00 EST and 20:00 CET. If you can teach both sessions, please tell me as much. Given the large numbers of students, we can use as many coaches as possible.

Disclaimer: Of course, if the Mayans happen to be correct, then this and all subsequent Boot Camp events will be on permanent suspension and nobody will get to face off against Branflakes=(.

Can attend any of the sessions and can attend on the CET class, but ill need to check with my missus if she allows me to do the EST class.

Ugh you first message sent out a few weeks ago said the 21st now it's the 22nd lol not to big a deal I can still make the est meeting.

Wolfpack12c: Yes, I made the mistake of thinking the 21st was a Saturday in the message you are referring to. If work or other important commitments prevent you from attending, then let's talk and see how we can accommodate your schedule. Thanks and sorry again for the mistake. Ultimately, I think Saturday will be a better meeting day for the majority of players.

No I can make it est for both I'm sure you got my message on the website but 2 times is always better also I think the later day meetings like this are a lot better for people use to the fact that day shift is the most worked schedule and kids are out of school so kuddos for the evening meetings lol

Oh, ill try to attend if the world still exists. Cant be certain in this day and age :P

I'll try and make the CET & EST meetings, once i've worked out what they are in GMT :P
