Hi Captains.

I got a problem some other people are also Experiencing.
It was all fine with my last PC but now I got a new one with A SSD Hard disk and an Ati AMD Radeon HD6870 Graphic card, I re-installed windows 2 times first 64 bits and now 32 bits but nothing helpen to fix the Trying to update the launcher please be patienced problem.:confused: I tried my friend's his Launcher but that did not work too.
I don't know what to do.... And its a shame to just stop with it because I spend money on STO.

If anyone knows how to solve this problem please tell me.

(Edit) I tried opening every port for STO but nothing worked. However I can play Perfect world International, now is my Question Why can I play PWI And not STO ? I can't even connect to the main website http://www.startrekonline.com/
Even though I can connect to Perfectworld.com
