Integral Frequency Remodulator sometimes doesn't remodulate
 

Curious if anyone else has noticed this, and I don't know if it matters that I'm using the XI version of Klingon Honor Guard gear. On occasion, sometimes about 5-10% of the time, when I hit the remodulator, I don't actually remodulate my weapon. It goes into cooldown, but the Borg are still adapted to me, whether I keep firing or hold my fire. This is pretty annoying nonetheless and happens regardless of the situation.

I take back what I said about only 5-10% of the time. The actual frequency of this error is about 50% if not more. I only had the Honor Guard set + the instant remodulation for a number of days, and now that I've been keeping track of it, this is a major problem. It is EXTREMELY unreliable.

Anyone else with Klingon XI Honor Guard have this problem? I am constantly having to switch weapons to keep waiting 15 seconds just to remodulate a SECOND time. I'm even thinking about using my fractual remodulator again... at least it'll remodulate my weapons.
