bought a Bridge Officer...where is he/she??
 

I just purchased a Borg Bridge Officer from the Zen Store. Where is he/she??
I can't seem to find him/her in my officer roster, or in my inventory.
What am I missing?

Sounds odd. The Borg should appear as a box in your inventory much like the Ambassador class ships. Might be lag, you could also try exiting the game and logging back in.

If you bought it from the Zen store, you should have received this crate in your inventory.

Ah, there she is. Only took about 30 minutes for it to show up.
