Preordered online at Gamestop, how do i get the beta key
 

Ok i pre-ordered the deluxe edition on the 24th of December, problem is i did it online and i didn't get a beta key so now i have no idea what to do. Does anyone know if you get the key online for pre-ordering on Gamestop or anything, thanks in advance for any help

I pre-ordered mine yesterday and got the key in e-mail this afternoon.

I would check your spam folders, trashed e-mails, etc. My subject line was:
Your Star Trek Online Beta Code From GameStop

I too ordered the deluxe ed.

so did you get it in an email from Star Trek online site or Gamestop?

Pre-order key distribution is handled by the retailers. GameStop has already been sent their keys, so it is up to them how they hand them out.

Just got off the phone with them, as I too have yet to receive my Gamestop key in my inbox (or trash, for that matter).

They said that the department (who they couldn't transfer me to) is still sending out the keys and I should get it before tomorrow (I hope that means before I'm ready to play).

My local store was clueless, but that's what the corporate customer service guy said. The number is 800 883 8895.

How do you download
 

I gat my key from game spot , but don't understand how to download

I heard that they should be done at the worst by 3 tommorrow afternoon.

They're trying to get the codes out on a first come first serve basis, based on when you pre-ordered, I assume. So it may take a while if there were a lot of people who pre-ordered before you did.

I pre-ordered from Gamestop and have not received my beta code either. You would think that there would be some kind of automated system to get them out. If person pre-orders, send that person a code automatically. I'm not sure where the hold up could happen.
