ST: Enterprise M.A.C.O. uniforms.
Would anyone else like to see the Star Trek Enterprise MACO uniforms and weapons in a nice C-Store pack? My poor character is tired of Adapted Maco and type 3, I'd rather see the Maco from Enterprise made available in game. Other then EVA suits, Star Trek has always been more uniforms and not armor. I could see a pack being made available that has Enterprise M.A.C.O. and then Cryptic's take on a 25th Century maco uniform(Not armor).

I would even be happy with Hazard Team gear, that actually worked.

Shut up and take my money!

I forgot about the Elite Force games. They did an interesting version of a lightly armored uniform while fitting it well within Star Trek norms.

Enterprise M.A.C.O. costumes are already in the game data, so I'd say this is definitely possible.

Any screen shots of this game data?

I'm not really interested in these uniforms myself, but I guess others may be.

Wow all we need now are the weapons modeled. I wonder why Cryptic did not release these yet.

My guess is that they were intended to be released with the enterprise bundle, but then there were some HR/DEV/Programmer changes and they simply forgot they existed within the game data. I heared rumors there are also lots of interesting music/voiceovers in the game data, too.:D

...I shouldn't have clicked that. Obviously the Elite Force games held up better in my mind than in reality.

I wonder who even owns the Elite Force stuff these days. Raven is still around, albeit just barely; Ritual is long gone. Activision published both games, but the Trek gaming license (at least for Prime Universe stuff) moved to Bethesda for a time before being abandoned after Legacy. Obviously, Perpetual and then Cryptic have the STO attachment (via Atari, then PWE) but like the mess surrounding Fallout's MMO rights, that stuff is probably separate with Trek as well, so... maybe Elite Force reverted to CBS? Or Activision still controls that stuff?

Ugh. Headache. See kids? This is why working other Trek gaming properties into STO is such a problem. Sometimes it's red tape, sometimes it's a herculean effort just to track down the proper license holders. And the farther back in time you go, the worse it gets. I'd love to see the Chodak make an appearance but who the hell knows who has the deed for that stuff tucked away in a storage locker somewhere.
