[Bug Report] Andorian Ship - Shield Cap
 
Just wondering if this was just me or what, but I bought the 3 pack of this ship and when I equipped everything and when to Sol system for the first time and looked at all my stats on the new ship I noticed that the shield cap was very low. I have the Elite Fleet shields Resilient with a 5495 max shield capacity or somewhere in that neighborhood, and when I looks that the ship status window the cap on all 4 facing actually only showed 5040. Is this just me or anyone else?

It's not just the shield cap, the healing also is messed up.

Emergency power to shields 1 only heals 448 shield points.

Hazard Emitters 1 only heals 2200 hull points over 15 seconds.

The Andorian Escorts have a Shield Multiplier of 0.9 as stated in the Dev Blog, and any store where they appear.

5617.4 * 0.9 = 5055.66

So, the values you are seeing in the screenshot above closely correspond to what is expected.

(Note: This is not the actual calculation that is used. It's actually a table-driven sliding scale. But the above figures are close enough to illustrate the point.)

nice to see all the complaints going in on the new ship wait until they Nerf it .
i cant believe how silly people are buying something they don't know anything about giving away your money hope you learned your lesson for future purchases.
its gonna be next week now before anything gets fixed by that time they would have Nerf it

What you miss here is that the mouseover already shows the shield value after the ship's bonus is applied. Then what the stats in the window should show is either the same value when on ground or in sector space. Or the value along with all the skill bonuses when in system space (afaik, there are no negative boosts from any skills, so you should never get the 4 facings' values lower than the mouseover on the shield).

Also note the ship is not applying the skill bonus from skills that give max shield value.

Could you also confirm if the wing abilities putting cannon rapid fire/scatter on global cooldown is intended. It makes the consoles pretty useless because they put your boff skills on cooldown.
