did a quick search of the other errors that people have been getting but didnt quite find anything that was the same

Luancher works fine
patched fine

Hit engage --> cyttic and atari logo then star trek emblem with loading down the bottom
and thats about it
cyptic error doesnt say anything.

Kind of hoping that thisis normal but I got a feeling it not

Thats normal and can go on for a minute or more on a slow system.

Did you get an actual crash to the desktop? If not, restart and let it run its course this time.

Do you have up - to - date video drivers installed?
Assume you meet the minimum system specs?

exceed them by a long way. i think I just got some bad juju happening tomight my phone just died too :P

Make sure your drivers are up to date, disable SLI on your video card if you have it.

Try again while running with ADMIN rights and see what happens.
