Can't load into Sol System
 

After completing 'Line in the Sand', I get stuck in warp and never finish loading into the Sol System.

Also, this is an independent bug, but it relates to another bug.

When I submit a bug report in game, occasionally instead of the 'game' being STO, it'll say the game is 'Champions'. Could be why many of these bugs are getting missed.
