Full Impulse short burst jumps
 

I have found in deepspace encouters and areas like startbase 24 if I use full impulse to jump from one area after clearing enemies and head into a high populated area with lots of NPC's my Ping jumps from 200 ish to 3000-5000 and i get horrible rubberbanding / slideshow etc.

Has this been reported before ?
