Cannot connect to gateway because missing mail
In the past. There is 2 or 3 weeks ago. I was able to connect to gateway. Suddenly it's not possible. When I try to connect on gateway. It asks me verification code which it must be sent by mail. Unfortunately I do not get any mail.
I checked my spam list and my blacklist. It's ok. By the way I still can get ads from startrek online. The last mail from email@example.com sent is Ready for some fun.
Anyone has idea. Cryptic support is so... bad. I already made much tickets (e. g; mailbox deleted) for several problem and I didn't get any answer.
