What does it mean to Update your Tickets?

Hello all,

I was asked to update my billing support ticket, but I'm afraid I do not know how to do such a thing. All the other MMOs I usually play ask the same thing, but they have a button that says "Update this Issue"

So I am asking what it means when the STO troubleshooting guys are asking you to update your ticket? I went to edit the ticket a short time ago in case that's what they meant.

Yeah, that's what I figured.

I thought updating might mean to provide them with additional information... Which the Ticket had pretty much all that to begin with.

They usually want to know if the issue is still occurring.

Well yes, because I wanted a refund and have not gotten one on something.

I want to play this game, but they aren't exactly giving me a reason to with this long wait time. I need the money back from the issue I'm having.
