Not yet, but I'm expecting it to get bad pretty soon. We are about to hit the launch day critical point...5pm PST

BRACE FOR IMPACT!

I'm having the same issue as well, working on rearranging the bridge so that it faces the aft end of the ship since I move faster backwards than forward.

Check your settings are not too high for your system.

Even if you THINK your system is ok, try turning off antialiasing/shadows, lower some graphic options , then try playing again.

If its smoother after, you had the graphics options set too high.

Incorrent graphic settings will lower your FPS, but won't cause rubberbanding and other server lag issues.

On topic; I'm experiencing it as well. Was hoping that they would have increased their server capacity for launch :/

I've lost count of the number of people that just say 'oh it must be your PC, turn graphics down'

This is a latency issue, not an FPS issue. Beta wasn't this laggy, and the rubber-banding is making the game nearly unplayable in some areas.
