Liberated Borg - Neural Blast, is it worth it?

Well, im trying out my liberated borg and the neural blast seems pretty pointless, it isnt really useful in the tutorial, so now im thinking, should I go back and start again with a new trait?

What does everyone else think?

NB procs alot. In my case, that kind of sucks because the hold procs on me, not my target. Everytime I use it, I get held every few seconds. The snare seems to work on the bad guys though.

I would never consider a (ex) BORG without this skill !

its great for those tough ground fights such as the klingon officers and bosses or ground pvp.

Hoping to test it out as soon as STO is updated. Come on STEAM... 38%!!!

What is a good fourth borg skill to go with? I have to take the first two, I was planning on snagging NB. Maybe accuracy? I was going to go as tactical/escort... pure DPS. Any ideas for a fourth?

I used the first time and was amazed at how often it procs. It was on the missing ship mission. I ran too far and got surrounded by Orions. I used it and got enough breathing room to lob grenades into the mass of green bodies. Still a tough fight, but NB helped me to come out on top.

im also not sure if my decision to take it was right

in pvp it should rock and against boss its very awsome.

on the other hands there are traits like +10 warp core efficients or +0.1 accuracy/defense

I chose not to get it. Instead i think i chose Warp Theorist and Astrophysicist.
