Not getting Tech Support help
I'm not sure where is appropriate to post this. I've written twice to Tech Support this week but haven't received a reply.

My friend pre-ordered Star Trek for me as a gift. Now I want to pay for a subscription. But although he's received his pre-order key, I haven't been sent one because HE ordered the game, but in MY name.

Can anyone tell me how to get my pre-order key so I can proceed? Or let me know where a better place to post might be?

If he preordered it for you, tell him to give you the code he got. It's really just that simple.
