more then one TAC BO?
 

iv gpt 2 of them in my BOP, trained high yield to 9 on both in hope of doing some pain

but seems like they have shared CD on the skill or something like this?

can any1 shed more light on this and how it works? ( whats point in having more then 1 of same BO)

I would imagine skills that effect specific sub systems are linked, it makes sense if you think about it.
It would be a bit crazy having three tac officers and lobbing 3 loads of High Yield at someone in a row...

"Well we got them captain, but the torpedo launcher melted and we can't fix it till we get back to space dock..."
