I think the Romulans have their own things to worry about at this point in time, what with the destruction of two of their main planets (and their homeworld among them).

I think it was said somewhere that there are plans for expansion in that direction. If the Factions page offers any hope, it does have inactive Romulan and Cardassian links that may lead somewhere faurther down the road.

Guess you've not played many MMO's. That is how ALL MMO's Operate for the most part. Sure some give you a few fluff here and there. But most MMO's the money is in the continued payments when expansions come in. I think EQ1 has like 16!!! Expansions.
