Shared cooldowns-how much is too much?
 
Skills like Emergency Power to Shields in their various upgrades can be used more than one to a ship as the global cooldown will end before the skill timer ends, correct?
So... How many can you have before it's too many and pointess?
I'm especially interested in EPtS but also I heard the same was true for the teams. Engineering team and Science team share a cooldown right?

So what's the max teams you can have, and what's the max EPtSs can you have?
I'm trying to format a Star Cruiser.

Nobody has figured this out? How many teams can you be using and how many emergency powers can you run before it's needless.

Most people dont like the global cool down and we have been asking cryptic to narrow it down a bit like all beam weapons sharing the same cooldown but not effecting anything other than beam weapons. People have been buzzing cryptic about this sense OB maybe they are working on a fix maybe they aren't. We just dont know cuz cryptic just hasn't been very open with people about patches and fixes as of late.
