Fairness of the C-store pricing

Now my math may be a little off but I am basing this off of one of my fleet mates in germany..

So we understand that CP works as the following...

100CP= 1USD

Minimum Purchase 500CP so 5 bucks for 500 CP... Makes sense so far....

In germany from what I understand....

500CP=7.50EU

So... 500CP in Germany = 10.46 USD

So.. I would love an explanation as to how this is fair to our European gamers cause I find it very unethical....

$6.25 USD 500 Cryptic Points

I can't verify your pricing for the CP in Euros though.

@lunatic

Be careful cause now you made a thread where aroudn 80% of fanboys come and flame you to death, telling you thats the VAT tax or it is not so cheap in europe cause everything is not so cheap in europe or anyhting else.

But yes thats really a big problem that cryptic charge more money from players in europe and i think too thats not fair, cause around99% of all other companys in this bussiness dont charge more for players from europe, but ok its cryptics way iof bussiness to charge more fomr europe players , why is something i think we never will know.

They are screwing people over for money, probably going to use exchange rates/bank expenses as an excuse if they even bother to answer.

It's Cryptic, so not really a surprise there.

I'm making asumptions here, but can't you buy the CP by paypal using US$ instead of euros?

Furthermore, the cheapest item isn't 500CP. it's 84CP for the ferengi fed race.

Europeans get screwed all the time. Doesn't matter if it's cars, fuel, video games or MMO subscriptions. It's a fact I've come to accept, because what else can you do ...

Let them flame me I have been highly critical of Cryptic. But when I say it costs 7.50EU thats just the standard price that isnt even VAT (form how I understood it at least) I will have to reconfirm when she gets on.

OF COURSE exchange rates matter. Are you really that dense?
