Ship Power Levels analysis

Hey all,

If you've ever wondered exactly what your ship's power levels actually do, you might find this interesting:

Ship Power Levels

It's an analysis of the testing I've done so far on the effects of all four power levels - weapons, shields, engine, auxiliary.

Hope you find it useful. ;)

Nicely done mate.

Was very curious about this! Surprised by the shield power levels.

Also, you may want to consider the Inertia stat as factoring into Turn Rate.

Aux power boosts turn rate? Are you serious??

Yes, it's also stated in the game manual.

Pretty much confirmed what I suspected, especially for the weapons and shield power (did actually state shield power in another thread)

hopefully this will clear some confusion for others about what does what (specially in regards to shield power raising shield capacity or regen being not as good as covariant at full power)
