As they just keep closing my in game tickets and just send me emails with these same steps (that DO NOT WORK) I have filed a claim with paypal to have my money returned. I still cannot believe someone from their support team can not even give us a reply here with what the situation is and when we can expect a resolution. I suggest everyone try to reverse charges and maybe this will get us a response.
