On Ground: +Res(Physical, Kinetic), +Res(Placate, Hold, Knock), 50% change for a +20% All Damage for 20 sec when receiving a critical hit; On Ground: Click "Stubborn" to free yourself from Confuse and Placate effects.
Increases Ship Weapon Accuracy

*Note the ability to benefit from Species: Tellarite, Stubborn, and Sturdy. Yes, you can be a very tough little Space Dwarf. With rage issues.
I did notice, however, that the Stubborn clicky did not appear in my powers list after Respec. I then committed the optional Stubborn trait, at which time two copies appeared. Each did have a separate and independent cooldown when used, however. After tinkering with the Mental Discipline bug on the Vulcan, then tinkering with a Tellarite for good measure, I found that taking any single trait will fix the powers listing bug for the Tellarite.
