*I did notice, however, that the Mental Discipline clicky did not appear in my powers list after Respec. Unlike the Tellarite, Vulcans cannot select the duplicate to force recognition; I attempted to commit Stubborn to force an update of the powers list, but that did not fix the problem. After some tinkering, I found that taking any two traits will also force the system to recognize Mental Discipline. Not a terrible bug, but weird.
