I agree with you, any more Patience or Cheers is going to send me over the edge. I gave myself a deadline of this Wednesday to see if the login of my main character is fixed. If not I am going to make a point in calling them directly, every day until I hear something. This is total BS, ignoring the people who are having problems is not good business. If I heard a status of the problem then I would be more patient or cheerful.

If I was a billionaire the first thing I would do is buy this company out and fix things right away.
